nixhaxor For personal use, Bitwarden. Integrated everywhere (extensions, apps) so I actually use it. OSS, publically audited, and self-hostable (with multiple implementations!). 2fa with u2f. Enough revenue to have resources, but not part of a conglomerate that's doing 1000 things.On twitter.com
