    schristopheraz jwgoerlich In general, probably none tbh. But, *maybe* opportunity costs. E.g increase STEM edu. while the humanities suffer, or vice versa. Also, essentials that aren't directly "education" - e.g. edu. materials are plentiful but students can't learn because they're hungry.
