Last year I went to get tested for turns out I didn't have ADHD, but did have clinical depression (surprise!). Not fun news to get but I had good insurance, a therapist, and I thought treatment would be straightforward. Nope. It took almost a year.Permalink On twitter.com

Getting mental health treatment is basically an obstacle course only able to be easily navigated if you don't have a mental illness.
